Kewl , dah lama gak monitor Metasploit sampai di beritahu oleh ftp_geo bahwa akhirnya Metasploit menjamah Exploitasi Web application, ini terbukti dengan beberapa update exploit module yang mereka lakukan, diantaranya dapat dilihat di Recent Updates , terdapat beberapa module yang mengeksploitasi aplikasi web , ada phpbb_highlight , php_xmlrpc_eval, serta satu module yang di publish di milworm tentang phpBB 2.0.15 arbitrary command execution eXploit .

Nah yang jadi masalah adalah w[x]f ini pada awalnya tercipta untuk sploits framework terhadap web applikasi dan diilhami oleh metasploit framework ,nah jika metasploit telah menjamah wilayah itu , apa yang kita akan lakukan ? will see.

Akibat tidak adanya aktifitas yang berarti dalam jangka waktu tertentu maka situs w[x]f yang beralamat di http://wxf.siteburg.com baru baru ini di “tutup” oleh pemilik-nya, maklum siteburg cukup “restrict” terhadap active/inactivenya suatu site yang hosting free di situ.Oleh karena itu main site w[x]f project akan dialihkan ke http://wxf.blogsome.com sampai ada “kepastian” lainnya .

* Releasing article about this project publish at echo|zine issue #11 ; 008 in indonesian language
* Intro article in english language still in progress ?
* Researching some link-checker script .
* I think the proggress will run slow , coz i have many things to do

Gw nulis ah.. biar dikira ada sumbangan buat ini proyek. Qe3.. (padahal mah.. @#@$%#$&!!)

Ternyata perlu beberapa waktu plus beberapa email plus beberapa browsing untuk membuat saya “ngeh” dengan konsep wxf yang diungkapkan y3dips. Anyway, saya ingin membuat beberapa komentar saja tentang beberapa rujukan yang dipakai dalam proyek ini:

Saya lebih sering menggunakan “wget -c -L -np -P ~ -M http://somewhere.com” di crontab saya, untuk offline browsing.

2. http://www.sensepost.com/

Perkembangan project Wxf akan berjalan relatif lambat akhir akhir ini dikarenakan kedua member sibuk dengan pekerjaan pokok masing masing , /me masih memperdalam lagi “PERL” khususnya point point yang berhubungan dengan projekt ini, sedang ftp_geo masih sibuk otak atik Metasploit framework.
